If Qthemy Slider Builder Pro is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal and you get a full refund, no questions asked.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@qthemy.com from the email address you used at checkout and include your order number. We confirm by email when the refund has been sent.

Other cases

• Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment in full at any time.
• After 14 days: purchases are not refundable, except when we could not deliver your license or when the law requires a refund.
• Repeated refunds: we may decline a refund if the same customer repeatedly buys and asks for refunds.

How you receive the money

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. PayPal refunds usually arrive within a few days; a refund to a card can take longer, depending on your bank.

What happens to your license

After a refund, your license key is deactivated. Within about 12 hours, Pro features stop working on your websites and Pro elements are no longer shown in your sliders. The free Qthemy Slider Builder keeps working, and the sliders you built stay saved. Please remove Qthemy Slider Builder Pro from your websites.

Please contact us first. We answer refund requests quickly, and a refund reaches you sooner than a dispute with your bank or PayPal.
