This policy explains what personal data Qthemy (“we”) collects on qthemy.com and through our plugins, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Qthemy is based in Egypt. Questions: support@qthemy.com.

What we collect

When you buy: your name, email address, the billing details requested at checkout, the products you bought, and payment references such as the PayPal transaction ID. We never receive or store your full card number.
Your account: your login details and order history.
License activation: when you activate Qthemy Slider Builder Pro on a website, the plugin sends your license key, the website’s domain name, and the plugin version to our license server (api.qthemy.com). The server records the domain, the date of activation, and the date of the last check. The plugin checks your license about twice a day and checks for updates.
Support and contact: the messages you send us and your email address.
Store usage: cookies needed for the cart, checkout, and login, and information about how you reached our store (for example, the website that linked to us), which WooCommerce saves with your order.

The free Qthemy Slider Builder plugin does not send any data to us.

Why we use it

To deliver your license, downloads, and updates, and to give you support.
To process payments and refunds, and to keep the records required by accounting and tax law.
To prevent fraud and the misuse of license keys.
To email you about your orders and licenses. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Payment provider: PayPal, to process your payment.
Service providers: our hosting and email providers, who store and send data on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Orders: as long as accounting and tax law requires.
License records, including activation domains: while your license exists, and after that for as long as needed to handle refunds, disputes, and misuse.
Support messages: as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@qthemy.com. We may keep data that the law requires us to keep, such as order records.

Cookies

We use cookies that the store needs to work (cart, checkout, and account login) and cookies that record how you arrived at our store. You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but the store may not work without the necessary ones.

Security

All pages use HTTPS. Answers from our license server are digitally signed, and access to our systems is protected with two-step verification.

Children

Our store is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
