Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you buy from qthemy.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to them. If anything is unclear, email us at support@qthemy.com.

1. Who we are

qthemy.com is run by Qthemy, based in Egypt. We make WordPress plugins, including Qthemy Slider Builder and its Pro add-on. You can reach us at support@qthemy.com.

2. What you buy

Qthemy Slider Builder Pro is an add-on for the free Qthemy Slider Builder plugin from WordPress.org. You need the free plugin to use it.
Each plan gives you one license key for the number of websites shown on the plan (1, 3, or 5), for one year from the date of purchase.
During that year, you can use Pro on that many websites at the same time, receive updates in your WordPress dashboard, and get support by email.

3. Delivery

When your payment is confirmed, we email you your license key. You can also find it at any time in My Account → Licenses, and download Pro from My Account → Downloads. If you do not receive your key within 24 hours, please contact us.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and cover one year.
You can pay with PayPal, including with a debit or credit card where PayPal offers this. Your bank may add its own fees, for example for currency conversion.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We never receive or store your card details.

5. When your license ends

Licenses do not renew automatically. After one year:

your published sliders keep working on your websites, including their Pro elements;
editing Pro elements, adding new ones, updates, and support need an active license. You can buy a new license at any time.

6. Using your license

Use your license key on no more websites than your plan includes. To move it to another website, deactivate it on the old website first.
Do not share, publish, or resell your license key. We may suspend a key that is shared publicly, used on more websites than its plan allows, or paid for with a payment that is reversed as fraudulent.
The plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2 or later. Your license key gives you activation, updates, and support from us; it does not limit your rights under the GPL.

7. Refunds

You can get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal. See our Refund Policy.

8. Support

Support is by email at support@qthemy.com while your license is active. We usually reply within two business days. Support covers installing and using our plugins. It does not include custom development or fixing other plugins or themes, although we will always try to point you in the right direction.

9. Disclaimer and liability

Our software is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that it is free of errors or works with every theme, plugin, or server. Please keep backups of your website. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you made your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing law

Qthemy is based in Egypt. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
